Estimates must be verified against official CMS files, payer policy, coding documentation, and the written contract terms that apply to the real decision.
Professional boundaries
The site does not select CPT codes, adjudicate claims, provide legal advice, provide medical advice, or replace compensation counsel. Users remain responsible for final use of the outputs.
